We're currently seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for an exciting opportunity in the Castle Rock, WA area for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers flexible scheduling and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

In this role, you will provide vital support to students, helping them develop essential skills for academic and personal success. You'll work closely with educators, families, and school teams to ensure every student receives the services they need to thrive.

Position Details: Location: Castle Rock, WA Start Date: August 2025 End Date: June 2026 Schedule: Open to full-time or part-time Caseload: Determined based on hours and student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals.

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, and contribute to IEP development.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.

• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards.

• Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and independence in daily school activities.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington state OT license.

• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
