🚀 We're Hiring: Communications & Training Specialist – I-ERP Program (Hybrid, Southfield, MI)

Are you passionate about storytelling, internal engagement, and training innovation? Join our dynamic I-ERP Communications & Training team and help shape how we connect, educate, and inspire across global functions.

📍 Location: Southfield, MI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Mon/Tue/Wed)

📅 Duration: 18+ months

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the scripting and logistics for internal podcasts, ensuring end-to-end delivery that supports business goals.
• Develop internal communications for Purchasing and cross-functional teams, tailoring messages to drive clarity and engagement.
• Format and update training materials in collaboration with SMEs, enhancing comprehension and relevance.
• Create and execute communication strategies , including newsletters, leadership messaging, and global engagement plans.
• Support corporate and external communication efforts with storytelling and strategic input.
• Deliver engaging training sessions via MS Teams and in-person workshops .

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in podcast production – not just participation, but ownership of scripting, coordination, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of internal communications within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to evolve training content to meet changing needs and improve learner outcomes.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint , and online survey tools.
• A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and readiness to take ownership from day one.
