About the role
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale and drive industry-standard recruiting best practices. You will work closely with business leaders and other recruiters to drive our hiring efforts. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal business stakeholders, identify and engage with top talent, and drive the recruiting process while delivering an unparalleled candidate experience.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
Manage complex searches and use data to advise the business on tech industry trends
Manage partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
Strategize with HR
Support multiple technical functions at all levels across the enterprise
Build effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and engage talent for open positions
Who you are
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 5 years of technology search/ corporate recruiting experience
Excellent recruiting fundamentals - identifying talent, managing/influencing candidate and hiring manager expectations and closing offers
Outstanding relationship management skills and an ability to influence all levels of experience and leadership
Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
Understanding of retail technology, a plus
