Senior / Machine Learning Research Scientist

We seek a machine learning scientist experienced in Immuno-oncology to join our interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to study TCR-pMHC interactions.
• Utilize protein structure modeling and machine learning to create novel computational solutions.
• Work with experimental teams to validate model predictions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• PhD in computational biology, bioengineering, computer science, applied physics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong background in protein modeling and structural biology.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages.
• Experience in modeling TCR-pMHC interactions is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 depending on expertise, plus 10% performance bonus and equity.
