About The Role

Ramp is seeking a Senior Growth Designer to join our dynamic Growth Creative team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who excels at blending creative experimentation with data-driven strategy. You will be responsible for creating high-quality assets across paid and owned channels that stand out, enhance our brand, and convert viewers into loyal customers.

Please note that this role requires working in-person at our San Francisco office at least 2 days per week.

What You'll Do

  1. Concept & Execute Rapidly: Develop innovative, fast-turnaround creative workfrom concept to completionfor digital ads, landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns.
  2. Design with Purpose: Balance brand consistency with performance objectives to craft engaging, educational, and lead-generating content.
  3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with writers, animators, editors, web designers, and creative directors to deliver comprehensive campaigns. Coordinate with teams across Growth, Product, and Brand.
  4. Work with Design Systems: Collaborate with the Brand Systems team to ensure all creative aligns with our visual language, while exploring new design approaches to enhance the system.
  5. Relay Insights: Share performance insights with the broader design and brand teams to inform long-term creative strategies and visual identity evolution.
  6. Iterate & Experiment: Test hypotheses, optimize based on results, and measure success through aesthetics, clarity, accuracy, and performance metrics.
  7. Explore New Channels: Identify opportunities in emerging formats and placements, continuously improving core performance channels.

What You Need

  • 57+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing performance creative or digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to produce exceptional design work quickly.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping skills are a plus).
  • Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, and brand teams in fast-growth environments.
  • A passion for systems thinking and process improvement.
  • An interest in experimenting with emerging AI trends in creative work.
