As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Winnemucca, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter incidents and promoting a secure environment within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to support a secure atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests. This is a primarily driving post, where your presence and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining a positive environment. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely logs and reports related to daily activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
