Job Description

**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in internal and executive communications with technology products or services. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience supporting executives on communications strategies and content development. + Experience with video, podcasts, and multimedia content development. + Experience producing in-person and virtual events. + Excellent team player who can meet project deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a member of the Executive and Internal Communications team, you will be part of a team which produces employee communications and events for Google executives. You will work with members of your internal client team on communications initiatives, projects and programs. You will support the work of the team to create strategic communications campaigns, come up with innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with Google's culture, write communications, business update presentations and talking points. You will also collaborate with internal partners as needed across functions (PR, Policy, Legal, HR, Operations, etc.) and geographies. Search is core to Google's identity and mission to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. As an Executive and Internal Communications Manager, you will help bring the Search story to life through the development and execution of communications, events, and programs. You are a curiosity-driven, detail-oriented, and organized team player who can build and manage creative campaigns, design crisp presentations and written content, and craft speeches and social content that truly represents our leaders'. You will also exercise your influence and executive presence as you coach and advise executive leadership and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders. It's our job to help inform and educate users, advertisers, partners, opinion leaders--and our own employees--about the benefits of Google's products, our distinctive company culture/values, and our approach to the big public policy issues of the day. To succeed here, you'll combine creativity with organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously, as well as enjoy pitching to journalists, bloggers and commentators, or producing internal communications and events for our employees. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Partner with the head of Search executive and internal communications to develop and implement an internal communication strategy that helps Search teammates connect with leaders and understand Search strategy. + Produce All Team meetings and leadership forums on a regular basis including program management, coordinating with presenters and event production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of content. + Engage with and advise executive leaders, helping them more effectively communicate across their teams, this includes developing, ghostwriting, and editing communications. + Create and manage channels to help leaders effectively reach their audience, share information, and take feedback. + Manage internal communications aspects of project plans to ensure internal audiences receive clear communications during times of uncertainty and change.
