Overview

Role: Recruiting Coordinator. You will partner with both our Talent Delivery and Hiring teams to provide best in class candidate experience. You will be a subject matter expert in all areas of the interview lifecycle and will use your expertise to influence and drive an optimum interview experience for all partners. This is a high-impact role with exposure to all business units within Salesforce at both regional and global levels. In addition to interview scheduling, this role offers opportunities to participate in high-potential projects to maximize internal growth.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the Interview Scheduling Process across multiple business units at both regional and global levels, including scheduling and coordinating phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews of varying complexity.
• Manage logistics for the interview process, including coordinating travel (flights and accommodation) and processing candidate reimbursements. Greet candidates for onsite interviews as per the RCs designated office hub while ensuring a strong candidate and hiring team experience.
• Ensure interview compliance by auditing Employment Agreements before issuing to candidates and ensuring Background Investigations are completed in a timely manner and before the candidates start date.
• Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters and hiring managers across all levels of the business. Act as a thought partner and subject-matter authority to troubleshoot challenges, influence the hiring process, and drive a positive candidate experience.
• Prioritize multiple tasks across different business units/regions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency, equity, and experience.
• Master the applicant tracking system and recruiting tools (including Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite, and Slack).
• Contribute to regional and global team-wide projects aligned to the Global RC vision.
• Leverage Tableau and RC dashboards to provide insights to recruiting partners and collaborators, and educate hiring teams on best scheduling practices to meet global scheduling SLAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer/client-facing industry.
• 1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to role strengths (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).

This is a 6-month contract role. It will be in a hub office 3 days a week in-office and 2 days remote.
