Summary: We're looking for a strong writer with a passion for helping people learn. Ideally, you have experience designing and building job aids, references, and materials supporting Instructor-Led Training, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, and e-learning solutions. Our team develops training programs for engineers, operations managers, and process improvement specialists. We seek technical expertise to create interactive solutions for on-the-job training and organizational interventions, along with excellent communication and people skills. We want a self-driven learner who can understand complex content about our tools, systems, and organizational needs, and find effective ways to facilitate learning and competency development. Responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives. Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify suitable training approaches and content. Plan and write content for training programs using online, classroom, or blended methods. Create engaging trainee evaluation tools to demonstrate successful knowledge transfer. Develop processes and templates to streamline training material development and involve others in the process. Maintain and update existing programs to ensure content relevance and completeness. Qualifications: 3-6 years of relevant experience. Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for learning and conveying complex ideas simply. Desired Skills: Knowledge of instructional theories, adult learning, and on-the-job learning. Knowledge management principles. Experience with online and classroom instruction. Background as a technical writer and in educational environments. Aptitude for instructional design learning. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HTML, Photoshop. Experience with e-learning software like Articulate or Captivate. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Pay Transparency: The typical base pay across the U.S. is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
