Education Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent experience. Experience 2+ years in instructional design and development to craft engaging content. Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with digital learning tools for effective design and delivery. Clear reading, writing, and speaking English. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Effective organization and prioritization. Clear communication across all levels of management. Preferred Qualifications Certificate in Instructional Design or Technology.
