Part-Time Sales Manager – F45 Training Anthem
F45 Training Anthem is seeking an energetic, motivated, and community-driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving studio growth by managing lead follow-up, promoting memberships, and creating lasting relationships with potential and current members. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who wants to work in a positive and fast-paced fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads through phone, text, email, and in-studio interactions
Conduct studio tours and consultations with prospective members
Drive sales of memberships and recovery services (cold plunge & compression therapy)
Maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a high level of customer service and retention
Assist with community outreach and promotional events to generate new leads
Track sales performance and report weekly to the Studio Manager/Owner
Support front desk operations and provide a welcoming environment in the studio
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience (fitness or wellness industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
Availability to work evenings, weekends, or special events as needed
