Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in a fast-paced food processing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our food products and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Open Positions:
Packaging Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (12:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
Pay: $18.00-$25/hr.
Sets up, operates, monitors, and troubleshoots assigned machines. Performs preventive maintenance, inspects packaging materials, and ensures finished products meet specifications. Responsible for adjustments or tool changes as needed to maintain quality.
Blender – 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM) & 2nd Shift (12:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
Pay: $18.50 – $22.00/hr.
Operates and tends blending machines to mix and blend food ingredients for seasonings/flavor systems. Monitors mixing to ensure proper blend, adherence to safety and quality standards, and compliance with customer requirements.
1st Shift Batch Set-up(5 AM – 1 PM)
Pay: $18/hr.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented team member to support our blending department. Responsibilities include following batch tickets to accurately pull and weigh raw materials for production setup. Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Quality Control Technician – 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM) & 2nd Shift (12:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
Pay: $18-$20/hr.
Ensures products meet all quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include sampling, inspecting, and documenting materials and finished products. Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality procedures required.
Machine Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM) & 2nd Shift (12:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
Pay: $27+/hr. DOE
Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. Ensures machines are operating efficiently and safely. Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting required.
Duties
- Operate and monitor food processing equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products, ensuring adherence to specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following strict protocols
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery; perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments as needed
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients and finished goods
- Support the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) across all operations
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements, portioning, and quality control metrics
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely when required for movement of raw materials or finished products.
Skills
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP is essential for maintaining compliance in food production.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation procedures within a food processing environment.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise during production.
- Experience in food production or manufacturing settings is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculation tasks.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus, contributing to efficient material handling within the plant.

Experience

- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with industrial machinery will be advantageous
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and quality assessments
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is beneficial but not required; training will be available for those interested in certification
- Previous work in a food industry setting or food processing plant is preferred but not essential; candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply
