Entry Level Production Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will support various aspects of our production process, helping to ensure that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. As an Entry Level Production Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of tasks, from assisting in set preparation to working closely with the production crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
• Support the production crew with daily tasks and logistics during shoots.
• Manage inventory and assist with the organization of production supplies.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment on set.
• Coordinate schedules and manage communication between team members.
• Transport crew and equipment to various locations as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in film or media production is a plus.
• Strong interest in film, television, or related fields with a desire to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
