Pay Range: $25.00 & negotiable
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Position Overview
Ameira Orchids Assisted Living is hiring an experienced and compassionate professional to lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and support a warm, resident-centered culture. This position oversees our 50-bed assisted living facility, which serves aging adults, and two adult family homes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise administrative assistant, life enrichment coordinator, activity coordinator, and shift supervisors
• Support daily operations at Ameira Orchids and both Cache James Better Living adult family homes
• Ensure full DHS 88 regulatory compliance
• Oversee incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up
• Oversee resident ISPs, evaluations, and binder audits
• Manage payroll reviews, scheduling, and staffing coverage
• Monitor medication reviews, psychotropic reports, and pharmacy communications
• Submit claims to Community Care, Family Care, and iCare every other Monday
• Ensure kitchen supply ordering, storage, and cleanliness logs
• Support a warm, family-style culture with professionalism and accountability
• Assist with contracts, vendors, and cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications
• 2+ years of leadership experience in assisted living, group homes, or long-term care
College Degree
• Strong knowledge of DHS 88 & 83 rules and assisted living operations
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support crisis response when needed
