Spherion is hiring a Part-Time Administrative/Marketing Assistant for our client in Parsippany, NJ!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible part-time role? This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the real estate/title industry while enjoying a flexible schedule during regular business hours.

Position Details:

• Location: Parsippany, NJ (in-office with occasional travel to client sites)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, part-time hours (flexible within 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Pay: Up to $25/hour + mileage stipend
• Type: Part-time, in-office

What You’ll Do:

• Design and create marketing materials (flyers, social media graphics, newsletters) using Canva or similar platforms.
• Assist in planning and supporting networking events.
• Maintain consistent branding across marketing campaigns.
• Support daily administrative tasks: sales report compilation, client follow-ups, email management, and calendar scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with the business development team and provide additional support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Canva or similar design/marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data entry is a plus.
• Experience in title or real estate is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally for client visits and events.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
