We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team on a Contract basis in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee critical accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and resolution of financial transactions. This position requires a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Log into customer portals to retrieve necessary documentation and process credit memo requests using AS400 or the Trade Promotion Management System.
• Identify and set up disputes for any invalid deductions or billbacks.
• Maintain and update a detailed deduction log for assigned accounts as required.
• Investigate and resolve open credit memos or unapplied cash balances.
• Provide advanced accounts receivable support by conducting thorough research, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Customer Accounting Supervisor to manage complex accounts receivable tasks.
• Oversee and collect outstanding deduction balances while fostering positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry for all accounts receivable processes.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, including creating formulas, formatting, and filtering as needed.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
• High data entry speed with minimal errors.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas and filtering.
• Familiarity with AS400 or similar enterprise systems.
• Background in accounts receivable functions, including collections, cash applications, and billing.
